Merchandise:
Yarn in its original condition (unwound/securely banded) can be returned for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase.
All needles, notions, books, art, patterns & discounted items are final sale. Sorry, no returns or exchanges on these items.
Classes and events:
Class fees are not refundable unless the class is canceled by the shop. If cancellation is made outside of 72 hours (3 days) of class start time, you will be provided with a store credit for use for any future purchase with the shop (classes or merchandise). Classes with fewer than four students may be canceled or rescheduled by the shop for insufficient registration. Your registration is valid for the dates listed in the description and may not be transferred to other class dates.
